Naggr ("we", "our", "us") is an ADHD task management app built to help you stay accountable and finish your most important tasks. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What We Collect

Naggr collects and stores the following data to provide our ADHD task management service:

• Tasks and task completion history
• Mood logs and blockers
• Weekly reflections
• Daily history and streaks
• Profile preferences (name, notification times, tone, etc.)
• Email address (optional, only if you create an account)

All data is stored in Supabase and is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS encryption.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide the Naggr service:

• Track your daily tasks and progress
• Provide AI-powered coaching and task extraction
• Send you personalized notifications
• Calculate streaks and achievements
• Improve app stability and performance

Third-Party Services

Supabase

Data storage and authentication. All data is encrypted and stored securely. Supabase Privacy Policy

OpenAI

AI task extraction and coaching, processed server-side via Supabase Edge Functions. Your data is NOT sent directly from your device to OpenAI. Task text is sent to our server which processes it via OpenAI's API. OpenAI Privacy Policy

RevenueCat

Sentry

Crash reporting and error tracking to help us fix bugs quickly. Only error data and device metadata are collected. Sentry Privacy Policy

PostHog

HaveIBeenPwned

Password breach checking using k-anonymity. Only the first 5 characters of your password's SHA-1 hash are sent — your actual password is never transmitted. HIBP Privacy Policy

What We Don't Do

• We never sell your data
• We never share your data with advertisers
• We never use your data to train AI models
• We never track you across other apps or websites

Data Retention

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. Anonymous accounts inactive for 90+ days may be automatically cleaned up. You can request data deletion at any time by contacting support.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Authentication tokens stored in device secure storage (encrypted keychain)
• Database access controlled by Row Level Security (RLS) policies
• Passwords validated against known breach databases before acceptance
• Server-side API keys — sensitive credentials never stored on your device

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data — contact us to receive a copy
• Delete your data — contact us and we'll remove all your data within 30 days
• Opt out of analytics — contact us and we'll disable tracking for your account
• Export your data — contact us for a data export

Children's Privacy

Naggr is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app. Continued use of Naggr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
